Under 10 White

Well 5 games into the season and what an improvement in our side which is full of first year players.  Our first 3 games resulted in close losses and our last 2 games have resulted in very good wins.  A special mention of some of our great efforts.

Emerson Lemkau was our first batsman to retire upon reaching 20 against Coomera Hope Island and Sam Lukoszek has scored 33 runs in 3 games without being dismissed.  Our bowling and fielding are improving with Matt Caruana having figures of 3 for 4 and Connor Shrimpton taking 2 for 0 being our best figures in a single game.  One outstanding piece of fielding from Angus Balloch who threw the ball in 30 metres for a run out.  A big thank you to Andy and Terry for their contributions at training and on match day.
